Eligibility: Contest begins on June 17 2013 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) and ends on July 31, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. PST (the “Contest Period”).  All photo entries must be received during the Contest Period.  Only legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry are eligible to enter into the Contest.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

  • Select the choose file button and browse to the photo on your computer. 2100px x 1500px @ 300dpi MINIMUM acceptable file size (About 250K when closed and 9MB when opened in Photoshop) RGB JPG file format only.

    CERTIFICATION AND AGREEMENT TO CONTEST RULES I certify that (1) I have read and agree to the CAPTURE DOWNTOWN! Photo Competition Official Rules; (2) I am properly entering this Competition and complying in all respects with the Official Rules; and (3) I am not a Sponsor employee or Board member or an immediate family member of any Sponsor employee or Board member. I represent and warrant that (1) I own all rights, title and interest in and to the photo attached to this entry form ("Photo"), (2) the Photo is my original work, (3) the Photo does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any other person or entity, and (4) I have all of the necessary rights and authority to submit the Photo. I understand that submitted Photos will not be returned.
